JQT events take place on the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh peoples. TRIBE 12 connects people in their 20s/30s to Jewish life and community in Philadelphia today so they will choose to stay connected tomorrow. Our LGBTQIA+ programming is for anyone who wants to explore the intersectionality of Jewish and queer identities. We invite you to learn about the history and culture of the Leni Lenape people, specifically of the Turtle Clan, and how they have cared for Shackamaxon (known today as “Philadelphia”) for hundreds of generations.
