Save the Date for our Annual General Meeting

Save the Date! The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on January 15, 2022 at 9:30 am. There will be an option to participate in-person or remotely.

Members will review the financial statements and activities of the last fiscal year, will elect new members to the board and will be advised of the plans for the next pride season. You must be a member for at least 30 days to vote at the AGM and need to take out a membership by December 15th.

Serving on the VPS Board of Directors can be an interesting and rewarding experience. At this AGM there are vacancies for the Treasurer and Director at Large positions. The deadline to submit a nomination application is December 17, 2021 at 12 noon.
