Advance Notice of VPS AGM 2023

The Vancouver Pride Society (VPS) is planning to hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday January 21, 2023. We will be presenting a report and financial statement on last year’s activities, plans for 2023 and hold elections to the Board of Directors. A formal notice that includes full details will be sent to members at least 14 days in advance of the AGM.

To be eligible to vote at the AGM, members must be in good standing (being up to date on their fees) and have been a member for at least 30 days before the AGM. You can renew or take out a VPS membership here.

VPS is accepting nominations for the elections to the Board of Directors. Vacancies will include 1 Co-Chair (3 years), 1 Secretary (2 years) and 3 Directors at Large (2 years). The deadline to submit nomination is December 28, 2022 at 5 pm. You can find more information about serving on the VPS Board of Directors on our website, Directors Page (scroll to the bottom).
